It no longer wanted to use personas, but based its personalization model on individualised matching on taste profile, enabling hyper targeting, to increase conversion rates, customer loyalty and order value.

Wijnhuis Zuid Bilthoven was founded in 1874 and one of the oldest wine shops in The Netherlands. Wijnhuis Zuid has applied TasteIndex to match its wines to customers based on their personal taste profile and increased customer value by 35%.

JustforFriends is no regular webshop, but sellls via its Private Sales Club model. It is a “closed” community to its members, fostering exclusivity and scarecity. JustforFriends has also applied the TasteIndex approach to present personalised offers.
